Lorena and her husband are the best team! I had a disco rodeo theme for my birthday party and had reached out to Lorena to see if she could do a specific balloon arch. She got back to me very promptly with all the info after I gave her an inspiration photo. She was also very transparent when someone else tried to book the same night as my party before I had officially reserved my spot with a deposit. She gave me a courtesy heads up if I still wanted the date which I thought was really nice of her to do.The actual balloon arch itself was EXACTLY what I was looking for. The quality was even better than I could ask for. Also having someone else take care of set up and take down of the main centerpiece of my party was well worth the money.This duo was so easy to work with and they were both so sweet!! I was trying to get balloon arrangements last minute and requested quotes in Yelp. Balloon Bazaar was quick to respond and communication back and worth was perfect. Lorena was beyond impressive and made my 5 year olds Ninja Turtle birthday party a huge success. She was extremely communicative, creative, talented, and an absolute please to work with.
